Located in the Garzon municipality of the Huila Province, this microlot comes from 36 small holder producers who hand-picked their cherries when ripen. The beans are then delivered to washing station for processing. The beans are fermented for varying amounts of time depending on the altitude of each farm and thereafter, washed and sun-dried on patio. Huila Province is well-known for its combination of great soil and excellent geography for coffee-growing, producing one of the most complex, stonefruit flavours in Colombian coffees with intense notes!
