*This coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 24 hours, later placed inside plastic tanks for 30 hours while maintaining a temperature of 20°C, developing a higher concentration of lactic acid. Afterwards, it is pulped, washed and dried on raised beds to ideal moisture content.
