This coffee is so creamy and silky. It reminds us of a delicate lemon-meringue pastry. The floral aspect also sneaks in mid sip and ads a ton of complexity to the brew.
The processing put in place by Luis Alberto is so stellar that he also placed highly in the Cup of Excellence, even winning it in 2019. His drying techniques make sure the flavours explode in our cups.
The farm is situated in a near perfect micro climate where cooler temperature allows for a longer maturation time, giving those coffees depth and sweetness.
