This coffee was upon request by a few of our regulars looking for the similar coffee taste they missed in Japan. We came out with this blend not to impress but to share this similar taste we enjoyed so far. There is something you need to be prepared for this coffee, it acidity and passion fruit level is higher than normal. If you are looking for a blend that gives you an impression of Fruit tone, Floral, Candy Sweetness, Acidity, Chocolaty body with a torch of stew fruit lingering aroma. This is the right coffee for you. As we are not strangers to blends. (This coffee cannot perform beyond dark roast , hence we only recommend light espresso roast), This coffee 3 components density are slightly similar. In order to bring out the aroma, we tend to roast is light.
This coffee is best at 18-19gram 40 -50 ml out. With milk: Do not go beyond flat white, It will weaken the strength of coffee. 150 ml-160 ml cup is good enough. Coffee base 18-19grams 28-32 ml out.
