Meet The Bean
From Ethiopia to Your Cup
We found this beauty among beans from Ethiopia, and this bean really got us like 'Oh My Goat'. This bean is sourced from a small coffee farm located in Limu, a wild growing district in Southern Ethiopia, which is less known than the iconic Yirgacheffe and Sidamo regions. The first, most striking detail about this bean has to be its aroma - strong sweet berries with flora undertones - even before the bean is roasted. We gave this bean a light medium roasting, so to highlight its natural sweetness and individual flavour notes. It turned out to be a major taste experiece - clean, sweet and balanced, topped with rich flavors of juicy pineapples, sweet berries and passionfruit with bright acidity.

Grinding
For a great tasting cup of coffee, it is always ideal to grind the beans just before you brew.
If you do not have a grinder, we can always grind the fresh coffee for you, just select the grinding style depending on your brewing method.
Reminder
For the best flavor, coffee needs a minimum of 12-24 hours rest after roasting before it is brewed, hence we always recommend to check the roast date before you brew.
