This taste like a complex Cuba Libre: cola and vanilla sweetness, cherries, heavy body and a boozy aftertaste. There is so much happening in there that it's also our lightest ever roast but doesn't feel like it.

Samuel's lot 10A is so special. The 168 hours fermentation in a temperature controlled environment makes this coffee pop on so many different levels.

All of his Lot 10 (4 of them) are from the same day of picking and a mix of 90% red bourbon and 10% typica.

We were lucky enough to also grab lot 10C, and it’s very different! 

Sam is a special producer who is always experimenting and this is just the beginning of our exploration down the rabbit hole when it comes to his coffees.
